Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
- Navigate to the “Returns” section on the website and fill out the form.
- Once the form is submitted, our team will review the application and approve the request. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Return Shipping Cost
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping the product to our warehouse.
- Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Step care.
- The cost of return shipping varies based on the shipping carrier and method chosen by the customer.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping cost and cod charges from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
- If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. In such cases, we will do our best to satisfy your needs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Plush slippers (home wear collection)
- Cleaning spray
- Travel pouch

- Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that is damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Packaging: Ensure the original packaging is included and undamaged. This is crucial for the return to be accepted.
